Teak Axewood

Split-face teak, cut from the branch

Teak Axewood is milled from teak branch — dense, irregular wood off the trunk. We split the face rather than plane it smooth, so each 500 x 200 mm panel keeps the ridges, knots and colour shifts that branch teak naturally has. Thickness runs 8–20 mm across the face.

How it packs

One box holds 10 panels and covers 1 square metre. Glue is B4/D4, moisture content 10% ± 2%. Colour is Natural.

Where to use it

Feature walls in homes, hotels, restaurants and retail. From a few metres away the wall reads as texture; up close it is clearly teak grain.

• Is this the same as teak bark? No. Barkwood uses teak bark. Axewood uses teak branch with a split face.
